If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may choose to self-pay for services. After your session, we can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt outlining the services provided. You may submit this superbill directly to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
For clients using self-pay or out-of-network benefits, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided in accordance with the No Surprises Act, effective January 1, 2022. This estimate outlines the expected cost of services prior to care being provided.

Cash and all major Credit Cards accepted. Payment is due at the end of each session.

Each clinician offers a limited number of reduced-fee spots for therapy services. Availability is determined on a case-by-case basis and can be discussed during the initial consultation. Eligibility for reduced fees is based on individual circumstances.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a $75 fee, which must be paid prior to the next scheduled session.
Please note that three no-shows may result in termination of services. In this event, referrals to other providers will be offered to support continuity of care.
