Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone — and that’s exactly how we practice.
Our work is rooted in authenticity, empathy, and true collaboration. We integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic, whole-person lens that honors every part of your experience — your mind, your body, your story, your environment, and your spirit.

Our Approach to Therapy

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, we take an integrated, client-centered approach. This means we draw from multiple modalities — selecting tools that genuinely fit you, your goals, and your lived experience.

Some days, therapy may look like processing deep emotional pain or untangling patterns that feel overwhelming. Other days, it might look like grounding work, narrative exploration, skill-building, laughter, moments of clarity, or simply sitting in stillness and letting your nervous system breathe.

We make room for all of it — the messy, the meaningful, and everything in between.

Together, we’ll move at your pace. We’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, strengthen insight and emotional regulation, and build resilience one step at a time. Because healing isn’t about “fixing” something that’s broken — and it doesn’t mean you’re broken to begin with.

Healing is about rediscovering yourself, reconnecting with what matters, and coming home to who you are.

Whole-Person Perspective & Individualized Approach

  • CBT

    Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

We look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns and practice more balanced, compassionate ways of thinking and responding.

helps → anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, behavior change

  • ACT

    Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

Instead of fighting your feelings, we practice making space for them. We clarify what truly matters to you, then take small, values-based steps toward a life that feels more aligned and meaningful.

helps → anxiety, grief, intrusive thoughts, burnout, life transitions

  • DBT Skills

    Dialectical Behavior Therapy

We build practical skills for managing big emotions, staying present, and navigating relationships. This may include mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

helps → emotional overwhelm, impulsive behaviors, conflict patterns, trauma responses

  • Art & Play Therapy

A creative, expressive therapy option that uses art and play to help clients explore emotions, build emotional skills, and process experiences — especially when words are hard. This approach supports nervous-system regulation, communication, and emotional expression.

helps → emotional expression, anxiety, trauma processing, behavioral challenges, building communication skills, increasing self-awareness

  • Person-Centered

You’re the expert on your life. We create a nonjudgmental, accepting space where you’re deeply heard, supported, and empowered to move at your own pace.

helps → building trust, feeling understood, emotional clarity, self-acceptance

  • Trauma-Informed & Nervous System–Aware

We honor your body’s protective responses and never push you to share more than you’re ready for. We use grounding, nervous system education, and pacing to help you feel safer in your own skin.

helps → trauma histories, chronic stress, anxiety, attachment wounds, medical trauma

  • Narrative Therapy

Together, we explore the stories you’ve carried about yourself, your past, and your relationships. We gently challenge painful narratives and make room for new, more compassionate ones.

helps → identity exploration, trauma, self-esteem, relational patterns

  • Strengths-Based & Solution-Focused

We don’t just look at what’s hard — we also highlight what’s working. We tap into your existing strengths and build clear, realistic steps toward the changes you want to see.

helps → goal setting, motivation, transitions, short-term clarity

We don’t force you into a rigid model. We blend approaches based on your goals, history, identity, learning style, & what feels most supportive in the moment.

We consider the full picture your emotions, body, relationships, environment, & daily routines. Our goal is to help you feel more grounded, aligned, & connected in your everyday life.

Not sure which approach is right for you?

You don’t have to figure that out alone. In our first few sessions, we’ll get to know your story, talk about what feels most helpful, and choose a path forward together.
